Text Box: THE POSITIVE 12 VOLT DC TERMINAL IS NOT FUSED. THERE IS AN INTERNAL OVERLOAD SENSING CIRCUIT, HOWEVER, YOU SHOULD USE A QUALITY FUSE BLOCK WITH A FUSE WITH PROPER AMPERE RATING SHOWN IN CHART BELOW.

FULL RANGE AMPLIFIERS MUST HAVE SPEAKER CONNECTED BEFORE TURNING ON OR POWERING UP AMPLIFIER!

Text Box: 11 MM 7/16 NUT SIZE
Text Box: THE TRIGGER INPUT CAN DRAW UP TO 1/2 AMP AND IS USED TO POWER THE NULL TEST CIRCUIT AND THE LOW POWER CIRCUITRY. THE POWER SUPPLY (BUILT-IN FLUX CAPACITOR tm) HAS A SOFT TURN ON ONCE THE TRIGGER IS CONNECTED TO 12 VOLTS. USE OF EITHER A STANDARD TRIGGER RELAY OR HLABS ELECTRONIC TRIGGER RELAY IS SUGGESTED WITH THE RELAY INPUT CONTACT WIRE PAIRED WITH THE REMOTE WIRE AND ROUTE THE PAIR TO THE HEAD UNIT. THEN CONNECT THE RELAY INPUT CONTACT WIRE TO THE CONSTANT ON 12 VOLT SOURCE AND THE RELAY COIL TO THE REMOTE HEAD UNIT WIRE.
Text Box: THE GROUND OR NEGATIVE 12 VOLT DC INPUT TERMINAL SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO THE CHASSIS BY A VERY SHORT 10 GAGE WIRE WITH INSULATED TERMINAL SO THAT NO SHORTING CAN OCCUR TO THE POSITIVE TERMINAL.
Text Box: THE OUTPUT TERMINAL VOLTAGE IS HIGHER THAN THE INPUT TERMINAL VOLTAGE. THE STANDARD VOLTAGE IS 14.5 TO 14.7 VOLTS. DO NOT CONNECT THIS TERMINAL TO GROUND OR YOU WILL VOID THE WARRANTEE. THE REPAIR COST IS $25 FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS. IF YOU SHORT THIS TO GROUND AND DAMAGE THE UNIT. THERE IS ALWAYS VOLTAGE ACROSS THIS TERMINAL EVEN WHEN NOT TRIGGERED IF THE INPUT TERMINAL HAS POWER. WHEN NOT TRIGGERED, THE VOLTAGE IS ABOUT 1/2 VOLT LESS THAN THE INPUT TERMINAL. YOU MAY USE APPROPRIATE FORK STYLE TERMINAL CRIMPS FOR LARGER WIRE AND SLIP UNDER NUT.
Text Box: When circuitry shuts down when overloaded or when battery voltage is too low, this simplified circuit shows path of excessive current that needs external (your responsibility) input fuse protection.
50 AMP FLUX CAP 60 TO 80 AMP FUSE
100 AMP FLUX CAP 120 TO 150 AMP FUSE
200 AMP FLUX CAP 240 TO 300 AMP FUSE
You may parallel smaller fuses if necessary. (two 30 amp = 1 60 amp)
