1. Remove the top cover by removing only the allen screws on the top cover using a 1/8" allen wrench. 2. Install batteries as shown in drawings. Note whether 4, 6, 8, OR 12 battery arrangement is used. DO NOT CHANGE THE BATTERY COUNT FROM THE ORDERED MODEL SINCE THE FLUX CHARGER IS CALIBRATED FOR THAT SETTING ONLY. Don't over tighten any of the battery terminal screws so that you strip the threads. Make sure you attach both the small and large red wires where shown. 3. Split up your speakers into 4 groups. Use a 3mm allen key for the 8 speaker terminals. Do not ground either speaker terminal. For the 6 battery arrangement, start at the 2 wires at the + terminal and the link wire using a large washer first and last (just under the nut). Then add the second battery wiring the positive of the first battery to the negative of the second battery. Continue until all 6 batteries are installed and the ground wire last. 4. The power terminal input (red dot) should be connected to either the ignition wire ( 12volts when key is on) and the black terminal (black dot) to ground. 5. The amber leds indicate full charge when all 3 are lit. 6. The green trigger terminal should be wired thru your console switch to the positive input terminal when you are "making a run."
